Rich Goodman was born in Mexico City, Mexico but it wasn’t until his teenage years that his love for Latin music really developed. Barely getting reception from the now defunct MOR FM from Tijuana, Baja California, Richard was introduced to amazing music that spurted his desire to pursue the ever evolving Latin entertainment industry.

At UCLA, he was introduced to his soon to be venture partner David Villafaña. In many levels, their desire to see the latin medium flourish with talent have put them together to create a new venture.

Seeing how sometimes Latin society tends to underscore the importance of helping out others that they do not know, Richard’s vision is create a community with Latin Media Gurus that will foster growth, recognize the great promoters and pushers of the industry, and develop new partnerships and programs to be able to take the industry to a whole new level.

Richard currently lives and works in Los Angeles and is always ready to collaborate in projects to promote the development of the Latin industry.
